The Accredited Training Trainer (ATT) Program is a global program that gathers all instructors authorized to deliver official GVU curriculum via GVU or ATCs. 

The Accredited Training Trainer (ATT) program is an annual membership program. You must meet program requirements, complete an online application, and pay an annual fee to renew your training certification for the coming year.

We assist professionals in demonstrating dedication and proficiency through the provision of valuable education, assessment, and certification aligned with globally acknowledged standards.

Our goal is to deliver services to our clients that instill confidence, showcase competence, and contribute to the overall betterment of society.

Why Become Accredited Trainer

GVU training courses worldwide are exclusively conducted by GVU Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™ , who undergo a rigorous certification process evaluating their knowledge, skills, experience, and competencies specific to a given scheme. The certification of trainers is a mandatory procedure that all GVU Trainers must complete.

Individuals meeting the criteria and requirements outlined in this page have the opportunity to become a Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™.

The primary responsibility of a Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™ is to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary for enhanced performance in their respective roles or positions. Achieving this goal requires trainers to be thoroughly prepared and organized, stay informed about current trends, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate loyalty to both their trainees and GVU.

ATT Program Prerequisites

In order to qualify for GVU Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™ status, candidates profiles vary from seasoned trainers to Verse-related Technologies consultants & must meet the following criteria:

(1) Education:

Applicants must provide documented evidence of holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent academic qualification.

Alternatively, candidates with a secondary level of education may be eligible for trainer certification if they can substantiate a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in the relevant domain for the intended training course.

(2) Work Experience:

Candidates must possess a minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience, with at least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field of the training courses they intend to deliver.

(3) Teaching Experience:

Candidates are required to have a minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience or have delivered at least three (3) training courses.

The cumulative duration of these courses should be a minimum of 160 hours (assuming an eight (8) hour course per day)

(4) Domain Track Experience & certificate:

ATT Program is depending on the track that you will deliver training in, so candidates must hold at least one of the below certifications relevant to the training course they plan to deliver. and as below:

– Immersive ATT : minimum certification is GVE | Metaverse Engineer

– Intelligence ATT : minimum certification is GAiC | AI Consultant

– Decentralized ATT: minimum certification is GDE | Blockchain Technology Engineer “Soon”

– FinTech ATT: minimum certification is “TBD Soon”

Steps to Becoming an ATT

In addition to meeting the prerequisites, candidates are required to complete the Trainer Certification Program. Following the submission of the Eligibility Form and upon initial approval of the application, each candidate must ensure compliance with the following steps:

(1) Find a Sponsor

Individuals seeking to join the program must be sponsored by an GVU Authorized Training Centre (ATC). This sponsorship is in place to guarantee access to tools that are exclusively available to GVU or ATCs.

(2) Achieve Minimum Certificate

Achieve minimum certification in one of the below to join the ATT Program:

– Immersive ATT : minimum certification is GVE | Metaverse Engineer

– Intelligence ATT : minimum certification is GAiC | AI Consultant

– Decentralized ATT: minimum certification is GDE | Blockchain Technology Engineer “Soon”

– FinTech ATT: minimum certification is “TBD Soon”

(3) Trainer Agreement

The trainer is required to read, agree, and sign the GVU Trainer Agreement. The agreement covers various matters, including but not limited to the following:

• Falsification or unauthorized possession of GVU certificates
• Utilization of GVU Certification Mark/Logo
• Adherence to the GVU Code of Ethics

(4) Questionnaire

Every candidate is required to fill out a brief questionnaire encompassing queries pertaining to their prior work experience, any relevant background in conducting training sessions, and a general understanding of Verse-related Technologies Domains.

(5) Trainer Demo Presentation

Every candidate is obligated to provide a brief video demonstration showcasing their presentation skills and expertise in the chosen standard.

The language used in both the video and presentation must be exclusively in English or Arabic. Although candidates are allowed to record the video multiple times, only one final video submission is accepted.

(6) Attend Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Course

ATTs undergo Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Course in cohorts through a multi-day examination. Throughout these sessions, their proficiency in the official curriculum and their ability to conduct live and effective courses are thoroughly evaluated.

What Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Course ?

The term ‘Train the Trainer’ refers to a systematically designed approach aimed at enhancing the capabilities of trainers to conduct impactful training interventions. TTT serves as a teaching methodology specifically focused on nurturing both new and experienced instructors or facilitators. Train the trainer programs are typically crafted to enhance the instructional design and facilitation skills of the participants.

The Purposes of TTT Course
  1. Learn the essentials of training design, & practice Teaching abilities, Communication skills & Professional experience,
  2. Develop training materials to support the educational endeavor.
  3. Create a safe environment that encourages learning.

 

Depending on the evaluation results, a candidate can be asked to submit additional documentation or comply with additional requirements such as following a training session, delivering a training course under supervision, or passing an exam.

For candidates whose applications are accepted, a profile will be automatically created, and they will receive the Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™

For Whom is the TTT Course
  1. Training for Trainers – Train the Trainer Programme

    This certificate course in training is exclusively designed for individuals aspiring to become professional trainers. It is particularly beneficial for those currently involved in training but lack formal education in the field. More than just a train-the-trainer course, it caters to individuals working in the training and development department with relevant qualifications but who still seek to enhance their skills and adopt new methods for more effective training and education delivery.

    While trainers operate in the training field, many may not regularly update their knowledge. Engaging in a distance learning course in training and development might not fully meet the needs of a training professional. Enrolling in our Train the Trainer course enables trainers to continuously upgrade their skills and stay abreast of evolving trends. As participants and their expectations evolve over time, trainers must adjust their methodologies accordingly.

Fundamental skills such as public speaking, presentation skills, platform skills, group communication, class management, and facilitating classroom learning are all covered in this course.

    Unlike distance learning courses, our training certification course goes beyond theoretical knowledge. It emphasizes practical learning by actively involving participants in exercises and hands-on activities. Numerous exercises and practical sessions provide valuable practice, and participants are encouraged to conduct mock sessions to hone their teaching skills. The program’s experiential learning approach proves to be a significant advantage for aspiring trainers.

    Upon completion of this course, participants can expect to be well-prepared to take on training or teaching assignments, armed with practical experience and a solid foundation in essential training concepts.

TTT Training Methodology

Participants will gain essential knowledge and skills through:

 

Theory Session

 

  • Dynamic & highly engaging presentation
  • Interactive and fun
  • Attention-grabbing audio-visual aids, real scene photographs, video clips, multimedia presentation

 

Practical Session


During the program, each trainer candidate will be assigned with 1 topic. The trainer candidate will instruct / teach the other trainer candidates as participants on each assigned topic.

These topics are to be presented by the trainer candidate using their instructional materials, visual aids and handouts that he / she will ultimately use for his / her own classes.

After teaching their assigned topics, their participants will review and comment / critique. This allows each participant to see the positive aspects of teaching and to learn teaching techniques from others.

(7) Applying for the Certificate

Individuals who successfully navigate through all stages and fulfill the specified criteria and pay the program fees will be conferred with the official designation of Accredited Training Trainer (ATT)™, along with the corresponding certification.

Fees Included: 

  1. 4 Hours virtual session

  2. One full day of live training for a small group of up to 10 participants.

  3. Training will be customized for your needs and preferences, and include customized tasks to which you will get feedback from peer trainers.

Recertification of ATT

The recertification process for trainers can be initiated three (3) months prior to or after the expiry date. Failure to undergo recertification within this timeframe may necessitate the trainer to recommence the certification process from the beginning.

To renew the certificate, trainers must meet the following requirements:

1. GVU Certification

To undergo recertification for each scheme, trainers must possess the relevant and valid GVU certification associated with that particular scheme/domain, and the certification should be in good standing.

2. Delivering a GVU Training Course

Trainers seeking recertification should have conducted a minimum of Three (3) GVU training course within the last one (1) years, and throw Official ATC Providers.

3. Positive Feedback

Trainers aiming for recertification must have sustained a favorable average rating of 3.5 or higher on the training courses delivered over the One (1) year period as a Trainer.

4. GVU Trainer Agreement

Trainers are required to read, agree to, and sign the GVU Trainer Agreement.

Suspension of ATT

GVU reserves the right to suspend a certificate in case of:

  • Subpar performance and/or negative feedback from trainees 
  • Inability to furnish GVU with the required evidence as outlined in this document
  • Subjection to excessive or severe complaints by stakeholders, pending completion of an investigation and decision-making process.
 

Revocation of ATT

GVU reserves the right to revoke a certificate in case of:

  • Providing inaccurate information about GVU
  • Forging a trainer certificate
  • Misrepresenting GVU certification or engaging in unauthorized possession or use of GVU Mark and Logo
  • Violating the GVU Code of Ethics
